fix(kernel_trap): kernel trap should handle user memory access fault since kernel will access UserPtr

pselect could be interrupted by signal, alarm clock could be canceled,
and do_exit should not set children to zombie state

fix(sigsuspend, timedwait): if one of the signals in set is already pending for the thread, return immediately
